Calling all art lovers and readers. Join Beyond Words, the Michener’s book club, to discuss a book selection inspired by art, artists, and/or the artistic process in response to the Museum’s collections or special exhibits. What better place to combine books and art than our museum, aptly named after writer and museum benefactor James A. Michener?

The group will meet in the Penn Color room to enjoy some beverages and light snacks. This relaxed environment will allow everyone to get to know each other a bit more.   We will move to the galleries to discuss the book and the art works. The cost includes the book club program and admission to the museum.

Participants may purchase the book from the Doylestown Bookshop where they will receive a 20% discount. Instructions for how to get the discount are included in the confirmation email.
