Middle and high school students can expand their drawing and painting skills while discovering new sources of inspiration in the Teen Open Studio. With individualized instruction and demonstrations, students work at their own pace, creating art from observation, photographs, and their imaginations.
They’ll explore various media, including pencil, charcoal, graphic markers, pastels, acrylic, and watercolor. This welcoming and inclusive environment fosters self-expression and the development of a personal style. Students are welcome to bring a cell phone or tablet for reference.
